Healthcare Services
At Carroll Pharmacy, we have a Diabetes Center, Cancer Center, and a machine that monitors your heart rate, blood pressure, and body mass index--available to all our customers free of charges. Kay Carroll, owner and pharmacist, is a certified Diabetes counselor. Please come by for a consultation at your convenience, and Mr. Carroll will gladly help you. We also offer over-the-counter medications such cough syrup, aspirin; vitamins, and Tylenol. If you would like to transfer your prescription from another pharmacy or refill an existing prescription, please come visit us. As federal regulations change, we are working hard to communicate not only those changes to you but also the impact of those changes. Please ask us about any of your Medicaid or Medicare concerns or if you have questions about how we are ensuring the privacy of your personal information.

Other Services
In addition to Healthcare items, we have gifts including multi-ethnic dolls; balloons; picture frames, figurines, and more. We also have a wide variety of cards in both English and Spanish including birthday cards, anniversary cards, get-well cards, and more, plus a one-hour photo shop which provides fast services for both digital cameras and traditional cameras.

Free Prescription Delivery
Carroll Pharmacy will deliver your medication free of charge for our clients who live in Smithfield.
